It is our great pleasure to accommodate you in our apartments. We highly appreciate your collaboration in abiding by the following rules and regulations that will ensure a comfortable and safe stay with us.

 
  1. Apartments are rented for the periods of hotel days. A hotel day starts at 15:00 on the day of arrival and ends at 11:00 on the following day.
  2. The basis for a Guest checking in is the presentation of an identity card and signing of the registration form.
  3. For your comfort and safety, common areas are subject to 24-hour video surveillance, which is carried out by means of fixed security cameras.
  4. Persons unregistered with Relaks Apartments may not reside on the property between the hours of 22:00 and 7:00.
  5. The Guest may host visitors in his or her apartment with prior agreement from reception only until 22:00.
  6. The Guest may not hand the room over to other persons.
  7. We ask for responsible use of Relaks Apartments equipment. The Guest is financially responsible for any damage to the hotel property, including devices, equipment and electronics, caused by the Guest or his/her visitors. 
  8. Upon leaving the apartment, the Guest is expected to check whether the door is properly locked. Loss of keys is subject to an extra charge of 100 PLN.
  9. Relaks Apartments is not responsible for lost money, securities or other valuables not kept in a safety deposit box. However, we will happily return anything found.
  10. We oblige all our guests and visitors to comply with the fire regulations.
  11. The entire facility is equipped with fire alarm systems, fire extinguishers and hydrants.
  12. Each time before leaving the apartment the Guest shall check that the taps are turned off, the light and television are turned off, the windows are closed and that there are no potential risks of fire.
  13. Relaks Apartments is a non-smoking area (with the exception of designated zones in the courtyard). Failure to observe the non-smoking policy will result in charging the Guest with the amount of 500 PLN. 
  14. Each apartment is equipped with smoke detectors. In the case an alarm is triggered due to detection of tobacco smoke, the Guest will be charged the equivalent of 500 PLN.
  15. Due to fire safety, the use of electronic devices not constituting apartment equipment (such as heaters, irons, hairdryers, etc.) are prohibited in the apartments.
  16. If you notice a fire, immediately notify the staff and trigger the fire alarm in the corridor.
  17. Quiet hours in the apartments apply from 22:00 until 7:00.
  18. Guests and other individuals using the services of Relaks Apartments are asked to make sure their conduct should not disturb other guests.
  19. Settlement for the stay takes place at the time of check-in. Should you wish to receive an invoice, please let us know by the end of your stay.
